PR1010 is a heat cured, flat black modified phenolic resin coating, which exhibits outstanding properties in the areas of:
- Corrosion Resistance
- Abrasion Resistance
- Chemical Resistance
- Versatility
- Low Outgassing
PR1010 is applied by spray coating the part, the typical coating thickness is 0.0005″.
The coating retards oxidation of the base material and is not meant to provide impact protection.
The recommended Maximum Operating Temperature of this high performance coating is 392°F (200°C). See below for the typical functional performance.
