Torrance, CA - (BUSINESS WIRE SYSTEM) - April 20, 2001 - Magnetic
Component Engineering, Inc., a California Corporation, located in the City of
Torrance has announced that MCE has developed, uploaded and released it’s new
content based website.
The new website is content based, with pictures removed to promote fast
loading.The interface is user friendly
so that the site can be used effectively for data.
It has been designed to eliminate the distractions with vivid
colors, pictures and pop-ups that typically appear in today’s sites.
The emphasis is on allowing the visitor
information quickly and effectively.
The key points involved in designing this new site were fast access,
minimum distractions, and a respect for the user’s time.
The site was written in Microsoft’s ASP
(Application Service Provider).Data is
fed from the Microsoft SQL server.
Hosting is done internally through a T1 connection.
Ms. Linda Montgomerie, the president of MCE commented, "…The strength of
